Plaid & Leopard

I guess you can say I'm getting a bit more daring with my print mixing!  This is actually my first time pairing plaid and leopard together.  I've always loved the combo, but just never wore it before.  I was finally inspired to just go for it and really loved the outcome.

  As we begin to transition into the fall, some of my go-to pieces are definitely denim and plaid button downs.  I mean really, you can't go wrong.  This shirt is the one I referenced in my "back-to-school" post and it's seriously so soft and cozy.  I typically tend to wear these pieces with boots & booties for the fall, but since we are in this weird weather phase right now [as it it still pretty warm] I decided to wear flats instead.  I am pretty sure that by now you have seen these lace-up flats literally everywhere, especially on tons of fashion blogs.  This shoe trend is definitely my favorite at the moment.  I was so into lace up sandals, so when I saw these flats I just knew that I had to have to them!  They were sold out in my size for awhile, so I decided to order a half size up and luckily, they fit.  These go well with literally everything and are the perfect shoe for transitioning into the fall season.  If you have been searching for these and can't find your size, I suggest going a half size up as well.  You might get lucky! :)
