This floral faux-wrap is courtesy of Nomads Clothing, an ethical designer with "a respect for people and nature, believing strongly in fair trade values and following ethical fashion guidelines." Read the founders' story here; they met in India and are inspired by their love of that country and its culture. Their Fair Trade policies are here. My dress is made with organic cotton and non-hazardous dyes.
The fabulous necklace is crafted by Suzanne Carillo, and the vintage 1940's bracelet is from Citizen Rosebud's shop. I'm reminded of my wonderful friends when I wear their pieces. It's often said, but true: clothes are just clothes, and the best part of blogging is the friends we make.
I used the "Chrome" filter in Apple's new Photos software to brighten it up, and it's fab for wrinkle removal : > My Anne Klein sandals (similar) have seen a lot of wear but I'm holding on, because they're broken in. |
Go check out Nomads, they have cool stuff. This maxi skirt is another favorite. |
Stay fabulous,
