Friday Frocks #151 - That slow burn wait while it gets dark, bruising the sun.

This Sugarhill Boutique dress from Surfdome dress is crying out to be worn on a beautiful, sunny day with bare legs, isn't it? Sadly those are in short supply at the moment (can you tell I'm dreaming of warmer climates this week?) but I think wearing something bright and vibrant can make horrible weather not seem so bad. Although I'm not going to pretend I didn't rush inside and put on a big jumper as soon as I'd taken these photos!



Palm trees are supposed to be reminiscent of sunshine and tropical climes, but in all honesty, they make me think of those dramatic hurricane shots when they're blown almost horizontal by the wind. That probably says something about me. Let's say it's something good.
