Friday is here, YAY even though I am working the weekend, but that is fine with me. My darling eldest daughter and her boyfriend are having a great time in Japan. Ready to move on to their next destination and spend some time skiing/snowboarding. Fun times ahead for them.

Working in retail is something I love very much. Fashion, styling and helping customers spend their money on items just for them is fun.  Over the christmas boxing day the shopping was constant for the gift giving and super sale time. But the return policy is super lenient and extensive for those with gifts they do not like or no longer want. So I have to say January is a quiet period where returns are prevalent and wide. I felt the need to share these two articles on the psychology behind the return purchase - The Huffington Post + The Washington Post. They were interesting reads.
