Oh Yes, I Like This (But At Retail??): Fresh Fashions

My faithful readers know I don't buy much brand new clothing from actual stores. I love to thrift, and shop consignment, and eBay. I occasionally make an exception and may have to go retail after seeing these fetching outfits here.

They're from the Banana Republic Spring 2016 Collection. I don't think of BR as being fashion-forward; it's more for work basics. These pieces aren't available at the BR site yet. I do like these pieces and will be on the lookout for similars:

Love the slim-trousered suit (similar) and the pattern-mixed outfit in the background. The new longer blazers
really look fresh to me.

How about a classic wrap coat, but in a cool print (similar)? The model doesn't look happy but I would be.

Big YES to a floral clutch (sim), for any season.

I'm irresistibly drawn to a print dress with a full midi skirt (sim). Matching shoes - yay or nay? Another sad model.

Would ya? Do wide leg, big-striped trousers (sim). I would, with a slim-fitting top.

Do you buy any of the brand-new collections when they come out? Or do you wait for sales, thrifts, or sew them yourself? (Sue, I am looking at you).
