This street style shot recently caught our eye with its unique circle cut-out turtleneck top and it got us thinking that we just might be able to make one of our own. A tighter style top would be best in a fabric that holds its shape a bit more such as a jersey or stretchier fabric. First, find the spot where you'd like the cut-out to be, outline the shape on the inside of the top with a pencil or other utensil depending on the fabric color and then carefully cut out the piece. Note: we strongly recommend testing this out on an old tee a few times before in order to make sure you get the process right. Lastly, complete the look with a faux fur coat and jeans for a great fall or winter look.
