Relaxed

Happy Friday my loves! I decided to close this week out with another style post.  There is no Life Chats this week because I think the tribute to my father took its place.  Those feelings were pretty much all I have been going through this past week.  I hope you had a chance to check out that post.

I wore this outfit last week and I must say that it's been one of my most comfortable summer looks!  It was really hard shooting this though because it was extremely windy out.  I bought this flowy top a few months ago and to be honest I let it hang on my clothing rack because I didn't really know what to do with it.  That might sound silly because it's just a simple top, but I'm not really used to wearing flowy shirts. This outfit came together sort of by accident.  I was trying it on again and put on these girlfriend jeans, but with no intention of pairing these two pieces together.  I ended up really loving it though!  The jeans are so relaxed and casual and the shirt is super chic, so I think they worked really well together.  For me, this was somewhat of an unexpected pairing.  
I knew that I needed  a statement shoe since this outfit is simple, so I decided to finally wear my tropical print heels.  I seriously love this pop of color and print.  The chunky heel makes these so much more comfortable for a daytime look.  I finished everything off with my mirrored sunglasses and a matching lip.
