MIDI SKIRT + STRIPES + SNEAKERS

Wednesday is here time for me to share my everyday style with you. This is what I wore shopping at my local Westfields. I felt a little over dressed, but I am known for my sense of style and always putting in effort to my everyday. I like getting up and working out what i will wear for my day ahead. I do not have time for daggy days ringing me down and making me feel frumpy and melancholy. I dress according to the weather and put in the effort to style within my wardrobe. 

On this day, last Thursday to be precise I wanted to wear my new jacquard lantern skirt from Country Road, so I did. I am in love with everything about this skirt, the length, the navy blue colour and the texture. Oh and most of all, the focal selling point for me, it has pockets! Just perfect for me to style up or down according to the occasion. I was very hesitant as I thought, maybe because of the skirts length and style that I felt a tad overdressed but I went for it. I am glad I did take the plunge with my confidence on a new level by always wearing what I want when I want. I wore a striped v neck top with by black denim jacket and converse to give a casual vibe.

( I am wearing size M) Esprit denim Jacket i purchased years ago. It has been a constant in my wardrobe over the years. A nice break away from the blue denim.
