This pic was taken pre-NYC trip. I like to dress for transitional days - cool in the morning and hot by lunch - by wearing lightweight tops with covered legs. The tights can come off later, if needs be.
My new cotton blouse is so soft, and the print has olive in it, so it makes me color-happy. It looks splendid with both my olive silk skirt, and with jeans. A smart summer pickup for under $15 at Marshalls (similar). I wore Tsubo booties, but will definitely repeat this outfit with wedge sandals and no hose.
