Happy Monday beauties! I hope you all had a fab weekend with friends & fam. :)
I'm kicking off the new week with some more white on white action. I definitely go through style phases where I gravitate towards specific pieces/colors/prints. I do this without even realizing it. Does this ever happen to you? Clearly I've been all about white lately and as we head into next season, I'm even more drawn to this color. I had held on to a pair of white pants for several years in fear that I would never find a good replacement, so I'm happy to have added another new pair to my wardrobe. I think it's time to finally say goodbye to that old pair! I swear they've been worn so many times they were about to walk away on their own. Haha! White denim has become a new staple in my wardrobe though so I'm sure I will be styling these in many different ways too. I love that they have subtle knee rips, my favorite kind of denim.
I really like maxi button downs because they're such a fun twist on a classic closet staple. I used to always think that I couldn't pull off longer length pieces since I'm only 4'11, but as the years have gone by I've been more open to giving them a try. I have to say that I actually prefer maxi style items and oversized ones too, especially when it comes to coats and vests. There's just something very chic about them. If you're in the petite fam, just know that you CAN pull things like this off. The high low hemline on this tunic also made it a bit easier for me to stye. Initially when I got it I had no immediate thoughts on the ways that I would wear it. I decided to keep an all white theme throughout with some pops of grey via the hat and snakeskin pumps. For a bit of extra color, I went with Urban Decay "Catfight" on my lips. [a pink-fuchsia with a subtle red undertone]
Are you loving all white looks as much as I am? I'm wondering if and when I will grow out of this current phase. Thanks so much checking out today's style post! Enjoy your Monday. <3
