What I'm Wearing
Poncho: H&M [love this] | Sweater: Forever21 | Jeans: Dynamite [old, love these]
Hat: H&M [love this one] | Shoes: Shop Sosie [similar style]
Welcome back to another Monday! I hope that all of you had a great Easter weekend with your loved ones. I wore and shot this outfit on the very first day of spring last week. I got this poncho and hat at the H&M in Stockholm and wore them both together when I got back into New York. I decided to style them together again, but this time in a completely different way. I love the versatility of this poncho and it's such a great transitional piece to wear as we head further into the season. It's definitely starting to warm up around here, but theres still a little bit of a chill in the air. Something like this is perfect for lighter layers. The last time I wore this poncho was with black on black and OTK boots, but I actually prefer it with the dark denim and nude pumps. It's a bit more chic and casual and of course the hat just pairs so well! I went back to an old favorite location to take these pics. I remember back when I had first started blogging I used to come over to this bridge a lot and then I completely forgot about it. The location + the outfit sort of made me feel like I was out at the ranch somewhere. lol!
On another note, it's so crazy that today everyone has been in a frenzy on instagram over this new algorithm change that is supposedly happening tomorrow. I honestly don't know what to think of it or what to expect, I just wish that instagram would leave things alone. I love being able to share so much with all of you on IG and this definitely interferes with that. You can easily turn on post notifications from my profile by clicking on the three dots in the right hand corner. I don't know for sure how effective this will be, especially if people are getting notified for multiple users. But hey, it's worth a shot! I hope you continue to follow along on my insta adventures @natybaby!
