It is almost impossible to find the perfect Parisian dining experience anywhere beyond Europe, however tucked away in a posh and sophisticated corner of Toronto lies Colette Grand Cafè which is truly the best taste of France in the YYZ. At Colette all the ingredients are treated with integrity and care resulting in a culinary experience that will be impossible not to cherish. The menu at Colette reflects the influences of simple French bistro with an extraordinary flare for for elegance you will not soon forget. One of my oldest and closest friends, Allison Jones, and I deciding to indulge in a lovely evening of Marie Antoinette-ing at Colette in the Thompson Hotel and the day was sheer bliss!
