Interning is a rite of passage in the fashion industry so when I landed the opportunity to gain some real world experience working at Elite Model Management in Toronto I couldn't have been more excited! Elite Model Management is one of the world's premiere agency when it comes to high fashion modelling. The Elite brand originated in Paris in 1972 and has since expanded and currently has agencies across Europe and North America. Today Elite manages over 2000 models and is responsible for discovering some of the fashion industry's most famous faces including Cindy Crawford, Gisele Bündchen, Alessandra Ambrosio and Lara Stone. The company is also no stranger to partnering with icons and has represented models such as Tyra Banks, Adriana Lima, Naomi Campbell, Cara Delevingne, Kendall Jenner, Coco Rocha and Nina Agdal.
