baking couture GARLIC + DILL WEDGES






These are a fabulous lunch or side to complete an evening meal. A household favourite here.



Depending on how many you are feeding this is a recipe for 3-4.



5 large potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 teaspoons of garlic paste (I love Gourmet Garden)

2 teaspoons dill



Peel and cut potatoes into wedges.

Place oil, garlic and dill into bowl and combine together.

Place wedges into bowl and coat each wedge with the mixture.

Place on baking tray lined with baking paper and cook until golden brown.
